Physical fitness is usually a result of both regular physical activity and proper nutrition. In simple words, It's a lock and key pair. One approach will be insufficient.
 
Fitness is for all. There is no age groups or gender criteria. It is a pain for beginners but a fun for intermediate and professionals.
If you have already started then carry on. Don't give up. You will realize it later.
If not started then find the cause behind it. Work on it. Fix it. Nothing can chase health.
